It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to the Election Commission of India, any State Election Commission, any ministry of the Government of India or a state government, or any political party.
Official election notices, voter-list checks, electoral-roll additions, and certified result tallies are on the Election Commission’s own portals, including https://voters.eci.gov.in/.
Analytics and projections. Voter statistics, constituency boundaries, candidate disclosures, turnout trends, and historical figures published on elector.in are aggregated from public government documents, statutory disclosures, open-data portals, and journalistic archives.
Any electoral prediction, swing estimate, demographic profile, constituency note, or party-probability figure on the Platform is a statistical estimate. It is not a statement of fact, an official poll declaration, or a guaranteed result. Models have margins of error, sampling limits, and delay.
As-is, without warranties. Content, analytical output, and datasets on elector.in are provided “as is” and “as available”.
Mea Vita Ventures Private Limited disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and error-free operation, and implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a political, commercial, campaign, journalistic, or legal purpose.
We do not warrant that analytical models will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs.
Liability. Campaigns, newsrooms, journalists, researchers, investors, and analysts use elector.in at their own risk. Mea Vita Ventures Private Limited is not responsible for campaign strategy, editorial decisions, investments, or political actions taken from data on the Platform.
To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, reputation, or data, from use of the Platform or from being unable to use it.
You agree that no suit will be maintained against individual directors, shareholders, officers, founders, or employees of Mea Vita Ventures Private Limited for inaccuracies or predictive discrepancies on elector.in.
Citation. The database structure, visualisation code, aggregated layouts, algorithms, and branding of elector.in belong to Mea Vita Ventures Private Limited.
If you cite a chart or figure from elector.in in public, news, academic, or media work, name elector.in as an independent source. Do not state or imply that the figure comes officially from the Election Commission of India.
Corrections. Public records change. If something on elector.in does not match an official disclosure, write to info@meavita.in.
The Company may review, change, or remove a dataset at its discretion.
